    5. Add Skills with percentage level from My Skills section from the dashboard.

  • How do I buy items i like on Item marketplace in FreelancerCV.com?

    Purchasing items from item marketplace is extremely easy:

    1. Click “Add to Cart” the item you want to purchase!
    2. After adding an “Item to Cart”, Click on “Cart button” on top of page
    3. On Cart page, Click “Create checkout“!
    4. If you have no fund in your wallet! you will be redirected to “Wallet page”, where you can add fund to your account!
    5. Once fund has been added, Go to your cart page and click “Checkout”
    6. After “Checkout”, you can download files from your “My Downloads” page.
    7. If you have purchased “support service” along with “Item” page, go to “My Orders” page and select “recently ordered support” page.
    8. Send message to author and start communication and access your support!
  • I didn't receive verification mail, how to activate?

    It’s possible sometimes as during network congestion verification email may reach out to you late or fall in the spam folder. Following are the steps, I would recommend:-

     

    1. Try clicking “resend activation mail” button on verify email page.
    2. Contact our Support team here: UserCV Support
    3. Create Question in our Community at Provlem.com
    4. Create Support Ticket at our Support Ticket system
    5. Last resort, Connect us via Skype or Email.
  • Seller is not responding or delivering the job, What's next?

    If seller is not responding or not delivery your job, you can immediately request for order cancellation by clicking “Update order” tab on top of order detail page. Follow below steps:

    1. Go to your “My Order” page.
    2. Click on order page you want to request for cancellation.
    3. Inside order detail page, click on “Update order” tab.
    4. Select “Request for cancellation” from dropdown menu on order update panel.
    5. Leave message you want to notify seller on why are you requesting for cancellation!
    6. Click submit and wait for “seller or freelancer” to send you further update!
    7. If seller fails to respond in 3 days, order will be automatically cancelled and your fund will come back to you!
  • How do i add my Skills with Percentage or Level at FreelancerCV.com?

    It’s extremely easy to add Skills to your profile with Percentage:

    1. Click  “Dashboard” link available in the drop-down menu at top right of your profile.
    2. Go to “My Skills” menu on the left-hand side of Dashboard or Click “Dashboard menu > My Skills”, if logged in using Mobile device!
    3. Select skills from the dropdown in “My Skills” page.
    4. Select the level of your skills below the drop-down “Skills list”.
    5. Click “Add Skills”.
    6. Done!
  • Seller has delivered the Job, I hired at FreelancerCV.com. What's Next?

    Great! After seller or freelancer has delivered the job, Please confirm the delivery by following below steps:

    1. Go to your “My Order” page.
    2. Click on order detail page where you have received delivered order.
    3. Verify the delivery, make sure it is the same job you have ordered for!
    4. Click on “Update Order tab”.
    5. Select “Confirm the order” menu from dropdown and  Leave Thank you message.
    6. Click submit and your order will be mark complete!
    7. Leave review on how seller or freelancer communicated with you, how was quality and how did you feel about his service!
    8. Note: if you do not respond to seller delivered job for 3 consecutive days, your order will be automatically marked as complete!
    9. You have 3 days to respond to seller delivery and respond to his delivered job for either further “Revision” or “Confirming the order”.
  • How do i add my Education information in FreelancerCV.com?

    It’s extremely easy to add education information to your profile:

     

    1. Click  “Dashboard” link available in dropdown menu at top right of your profile.
    2. Go to “My Education” menu on the left-hand side of Dashboard or Click “Dashboard menu > My Education”, if logged in using Mobile device!
    3. Select Education from the dropdown in “My Education” page or Add your School/College information, if not present already.
    4. Provide other relevant information.
    5. Click “Add Education”.
    6. Done!
  • I am unable to add Funds to my account in FreelancerCV.com profile, What's Next?

    Sorry to hear that. Please verify below points:

    1. Check your Net-Banking system (India) or Card or Paypal, if your account is ready to pay.
    2. I am not from India nor Paypal is supported in my country! What’s next?
    3. Sorry to hear that!, We right now only supports user who can pay via Paypal or from India (netbanking, debit or credit or UPIsystem.
    4. Alternatively, you can open “Payoneer” account and create your own “Card” there, once your card has been created, you can make payment using that card via Paypal.
    5. Indian buyers can pay via Netbanking, Debit, Credit or ATM card as well as UPI syste,
  • How do i add my Job Experience information in FreelancerCV.com profile?

    It’s extremely easy to add experience information to your profile:

     

    1. Click  “Dashboard” link available in the drop-down menu at top right of your profile.
    2. Go to “My Experience” menu on the left-hand side of Dashboard or Click “Dashboard menu > My Experience”, if logged in using Mobile device!
    3. Select Experience from the dropdown in “My Experience” page or Add your School/College information, if not present already.
    4. Provide other relevant information.
    5. Click “Add Experience”.
    6. Done!
  • How to request for Withdrawal of Fund or Revenue in FreelancerCV.com?

    We automatically release revenue when crossed threshold of minimum 5$ of account balance on every 15th of every month.


    In case, you want to withdraw earlier, simply go to “My Withdrawals” page and click on “request withdrawal” tab.  Leave futher message or update, if any you want to share to our HR team to be notified of. Your withdrawal will be processed as early as possible!
